Users can submit inquiry forms for PPC services or directly purchase monthly PPC management services using Stripe as the payment processor.

2. User Conduct

Users engaging with interactive features must adhere to specified guidelines to ensure a positive and respectful online environment.

3. Intellectual Property

PPC Magic reserves all rights to its brand name, logo, and associated intellectual property. Any unauthorized use is prohibited.

4. Liability and Disclaimers

PPC Magic is not affiliated with Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, Meta, Bing Ads, or any other mentioned brands. We provide ad management services on these platforms without implying association with or endorsement by them.

5. Service Terms

Our PPC management services are provided on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise specified. The first 30 days serve as a trial period. After the trial, services continue on a rolling basis with 30-day notice for cancellation.

6. Payment Terms

Invoices are issued with 14-day payment terms. Late payments may result in service suspension. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

7. Limitation of Liability

PPC Magic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
